Surprisingly, the dormant season can be the best time of year for many plant propagation projects. Even if the leaves have fallen, or it's frozen outside... You can create new plants.
Learn actually easy, practical, low-stakes propagation methods. Once you know the main strategies, you'll be ready to head outside, snip branches off the right plants, and sow seeds in the frosty soil. By spring, you'll have new baby plants to share with friends and neighbors.

About Your Teacher
Hi, I’m Eve!
I'm here to help you learn the basics (and beyond) so you can have a successful garden project from the start.
I’m a landscape designer and gardening teacher who specializes in helping people create outdoor spaces they can actually live in and love.
Spaces that aren’t just beautiful, but outdoor extensions of home that make our lives and communities better. Whether that’s supporting wildlife, growing food, or simply slowing down outside.
I'm based in the mossy Pacific Northwest corner of the USA, but I help people all over the world to plan their own outdoor spaces. I started Garden Project Academy to make this kind of guidance available to everyone, and have since helped hundreds of students all over the world.
Over the years, I’ve found that the most meaningful landscapes don’t come from designers who hand off a vision. They come from people being guided through creating their own dream space.
